At Athleek, our Athlete+ Program helps athletes and active individuals improve strength, speed, power, and resilience through structured, evidence-led training tailored to their sport. Using sports science equipment such as force plates, we track performance metrics like power and asymmetries to guide training, while our sports therapy team provides injury check-ins and support to help keep you progressing and training consistently.
Train Like an Athlete
The Athlete+ Program gives you access to Gym Geek’s performance gym, located next door to Athleek. The facility has been designed and inspired by the training environments used by professional sports teams, providing athletes with everything needed to train effectively and develop real performance qualities.
Athletes follow a structured strength and conditioning program written specifically for them, based on their sport, position, current physical profile, and where they are in their competitive season. Programs are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure the right focus between building strength and power, maintaining performance in-season, and addressing weaknesses or imbalances. We work with athletes from football, rugby, golf, tennis, running, and triathlon, while also supporting competitors from many other sports.
